Which solutions we support
We don't offer Managed Services for arbitrary software, but for a deliberately curated selection of solutions that we know in depth and can support reliably for the long term. Tailored, not off-the-shelf
Every customer has their own stack, their own compliance requirements and their own risk tolerance. That's why we don't do standard packages, we build the service contract per customer, matched to the concrete systems, the escalation model and the desired response time.

- Monitoring: either with our stack or integrated into your existing one
- Backup & restore: including regular recovery drills
- Incident response: documented runbooks, clear points of contact
