- What open source actually means: licences, communities, business models
- Why open source: sovereignty, cost control, auditability, independence
- What concrete alternatives exist: e.g. Nextcloud instead of M365, Mattermost instead of Slack, GitLab instead of GitHub Enterprise
- What your migration realistically costs: time, money, training effort
- Where open source is NOT the right answer: that too is part of honest advice
